Sasa Reljic Christakis, LMT
Sasa Reljic Christakis was born in Croatia where she had worked as elementary school teacher for 11 years. Sasa has been practicing Yoga and Buddhist teaching for about 25 years and teaching yoga to adults and kids for more then 15 years. In 1994 Sasa became a certified Zen Yoga teacher by finishing two year training in Zen Yoga School in Croatia, 500 hour Yoga Alliance Registered school.
Since 1994 when she relocated to USA, Sasa has been practicing Buddhist teaching under guidance of Master Sheng Yen – Chan (Zen) master in NY State and participating yearly at intensive seven or ten day meditation retreats.
Sasa is also a licensed massage therapist practicing therapeutic massage, prenatal massage and La Stone therapy. She has completed basic massage therapy training in Croatia and attended number of additional courses in England and USA, and among them Zen Triggerpoint Anatomy, La Stone Therapy and Introduction to Cranialsacral therapy.
Sasa has been teaching Zen Yoga, Yoga for Kids and practicing massage therapy at her Studio in South Dennis, MA since 2000.

Caitlin Nikula, LMT & Reiki practitioner for over 15 years
Caitlin is a native Cape Codder who grew up in Brewster. As a young adult, she loved receiving massages and found interests in crystals and the healing arts. Her fascination with the human body began with energy work as a reiki practitioner, which prompted her to attend the massage therapy program at Cape Cod Community College. In 2007, Caitlin completed the two-year program and has developed a steady, year-round client base. She resides in Yarmouth with her husband Ryan and their two sons.

Lynnette Walker
Lynnette Walker began her wellness and yoga journey in 2001. Studying directly with Jimmy Barkan in The Barkan Method Yoga, she completed Level I teacher training in 2003 and was certified in Level II & III in 2006. In 2010 she completed Yoga 12 Step Recovery with Nikki Meyers.
Adding Medical QiGong Zen Wellness to her practice, she completed the 200 Hour Masters Path in 2013 and the 500 Hour Masters Path in 2016. Her most recent certificates are Reiki Levels I & II with Jamie Neithold-Nash DC and Access the Bars with Amity Bubbins DC.
Her current teaching includes Zen Yoga Flow, Warm Yoga Flow, and Medical QiGong. Additionally, she is an instructor for the 200 Hour Masters Path in Medical QiGong Zen Wellness.
Lynnette owned and operated Cape Cod Yoga Center from 2004 until she closed it during the pandemic in 2020.
Her academic and business training includes CCCC AA Accounting; UMass Boston BA Economics; Suffolk University MBA Small Business; Zen Business Bootcamp; Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She was awarded the Cape Cod SCORE Build a Better Mousetrap Award.
A native Cape Codder, Lynnette is dedicated to the preservation of historic lighthouses. Under the supervision of her father, she and her brothers worked on the restoration of the Race Point Lighthouse in Provincetown.
