Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop

 (No mindfulness experience required!) 

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-based psychoeducation program (Neff & Germer, 2013) that cultivates self-compassion and transforms relationships with yourself & others. We practice mindfulness to help us accept our present experience, connect to our common humanity so we feel less alone, and open our hearts with kindness so we can meet the needs that underlie our distress.

  • Develop emotional regulation and enhanced well-being
  • Handle difficult emotions with greater ease
  • Motivate yourself with kindness instead of criticism
  • Strengthen your resilience!

Register by 2/1/24  for a discounted fee of $425 (established tuition $500).  Credit cards and checks are accepted. Space is limited for this IN-PERSON workshop so attendance over all four days is expected. Refunds before 3/8/24 are prorated if necessary.

Participants should dress comfortably & bring refreshments as lunch is not included.
